Lead On Programme

The Lead On programme is a self-directed, blended learning programme that enables participants to choose their own pathway to leadership learning and development. The focus of the programme is on leading a change initiative in a school or establishment setting.

The main objectives are:

  • To deepen understanding of educational change
  • To extend knowledge of current research and practices of educational reform
  • To show what capacities are needed to bring about effective school/authority system reform
  • To provide participants with an opportunity to apply this learning to their own initiative/project.

All teaching staff

The duration of the programme is 14 months.
