Post-16 Transitions Policy and Practice Framework

A refresh of the 16+ Learning Choices Policy and Practice Framework (2012) positioned 16+ Learning Choices within the context of the delivery of both Curriculum for Excellence and Opportunities for All.

Local partnerships use this Framework to guide their detailed strategic and operational planning and to establish more formal agreements across and between services to ensure sustainable local delivery.
