Building the Curriculum 2: Active learning in the early years
Building the Curriculum 2 (2007) detailed practical ways to introduce a more active approach to learning and teaching in the early years. The approaches introduced in Building the Curriculum 2 have been updated and strengthened in the current national practice guidance Realising the Ambition: Being Me (2020) which replaces Building the Curriculum 2.
