The Journey: Adventures in Resilience brings together ideas from the Hero’s Journey and the Change Curve to help young people work through and express their feelings and thoughts about change by following Jo’s Journey. It includes activities and links to useful resources at each stage of change.

'The Journey: Adventures in Resilience' is written for 13-16 year olds and would be a useful resource for parents/carers and practitioners.

COVID-19 has presented many challenges including multiple levels of change, and a need for young people to transition in many areas of life.  This tool is written for this time of change and transition.

It offers thinking space and a place to explore the different stages of change, with ideas for how to navigate each stage.

You can access and use it on-line or you could print it to provide writing space for young people to explore their thoughts and feelings, and options for moving through change.
