Scottish Attainment Challenge and partnerships with the Third Sector

What is this?

This resource identifies resources and provides exemplification of how schools can work collaboratively to create and identify purposeful partnerships with appropriate third sector organisations. One of the Scottish Attainment Challenge's primary levers for change is recognised as being partnership work with families and communities and it is here that the third sector can be of particular value. This resource has been co-designed by Education Scotland, COSLA, ADES, Scottish Government, third sector partners and The Robertson Trust.

Who is this for?

This resource will be of use to lead practitioners and those in schools with responsibility for partnership working. It will also be of interest to those who support and contribute towards children and young people’s development through effective community partnership working in collaboration with schools.
