Education Scotland is exploring what a national digital academy might look like.

It's really important that the voices and needs of young people are considered as part of this work.

We want to hear from young people in S3 to S6 about:

• how they choose their subjects
• any occasions where they haven't been able to take a subject
• the ways they currently access support with their studies

Responses are anonymous. Participants will get a code for 150 Young Scot reward points at the end of the survey.
