The Solihull Approach are a team within National Health Service in the UK. They work with practitioners and parents to develop new resources and training. They support emotional health and well-being in children, families and adults.

Solihull Approach offer online courses for parents, carers and teenagers in Scotland. There are courses available on several subjects. These courses can help you to understand your child’s feelings, as well as your own. Courses for parents and carers cover from pregnancy to adulthood. There are also courses for teenagers, including a course on adult relationships.

Solihull Approach courses are for everyone. They do not tell you how to parent. Instead, they offer a way to understand different aspects of parenting. They also provide the opportunity to consider how you wish to respond

To register online:

  • enter the access code 'TARTAN' and select continue
  • complete a short registration form to access the courses
