Because headteachers deserve time and space too…
Educational leadership continues to evolve, requiring not just the ability to manage change but the insight to lead it well. Building on the success of our first year, we are delighted to offer the refreshed Leading the How of Change professional learning programme for headteachers and those holding the GTCS Standard for Headship.
Co-designed with school leaders, the programme remains a safe space for working together on the how of change. This year sees updated research inputs on spheres of influence - as well as consideration of the simple, complicated and complex aspects of leadership. We’ve also included success analysis coaching and retained the popular action learning sets. With the addition of a new bespoke programme page incorporating a collaboration space for extended networking and shared learning, we are set for another effective year of networked learning with headteachers.
Past participants told us:
“This is the day I needed to give time and space to think and regroup”
and
“This is a powerful day. The pace is excellent and I enjoyed the research inputs as much as I did the coaching and working with others.”
The first recruitment window opens Monday 18 August. Places are limited, and past participants are very welcome to apply to join us again.
Iain and I look forward to working with you.
