Leadership and Management Professional Learning Programme

The aim of this programme is to provide training and support for leaders and managers at middle management level and those wishing to move into further promoted posts.

Participants on the programme will have opportunities to:

  • Deepen and develop their awareness of leadership skills and how these impact on others.
  • Personal and professional development which will enhance leadership and management skills.
  • Develop their awareness of the role and responsibilities of the depute and headteacher role.

Aspiring deputes and aspiring headteachers.

10 core sessions of 1.5 hours.
