Microsoft K12 Education Transformation Framework
The Microsoft Education Framework is a platform for education transformation, developed using the latest research and in consultation with hundreds of academics, experts and policy makers. The main insights have been distilled into a single powerful framework for school and system leaders.
Most successful transformation projects share the same approach: one that’s holistic, methodical, and systematic. This platform and framework is based on:
- decades of research from policy makers and academics
- learning transformation initiatives that have made dramatic improvements to education
- global best practice
- evidence and examples of what has worked and what has not to help steer you on the path to success
Leaders become part of a global community sharing practice and ideas.
The programme is for school and system leaders in education who are looking to grow, change and develop the school or schools they are responsible for.
Schools can join the showcase incubator pathway and move through to become showcase schools who are considered global leaders.
The framework is available on demand. It is made up of four courses which take an estimated total of 16 hours to complete.
