Connolly Campus School is an SEBN primary school situated in Blackburn, West Lothian. This paper sets out their journey to move away from the use of physical intervention through analysing data, reviewing policies, developing the curriculum and moving to a culture based on positive relationships. Partnership working, learner participation and reflective practice are woven throughout their approach.
