What was done?

Video 1: Staff and pupils from St. Eunan’s Primary, Clydebank, describe how applying for a grant to keep hens in school has provided an interdisciplinary learning context that has supported the development of their whole school approach to learning for sustainability.

Video 2: Staff and pupils from St. Eunan’s Primary, Clydebank, explain the benefits of undertaking a campaign on children’s rights and the positive impact this experience had on pupil confidence, skills and attainment.

Video 3: This video explores how Oakgrove Primary developed its school values and approach to global citizenship.

Video 4: Staff at Oakgrove Primary describe how they have developed outdoor learning in their school and the impact this has had on learners.

Why was it done?

The work exemplified in these videos was taken forward as part of a commitment by the establishments to develop whole school approaches to children’s rights (St Eunan’s Primary) and to promote global citizenship, outdoor learning and shared values (Oakgrove Primary).
