​​This case study provides information and examples around learner conversations in the context of profiling and reporting in the context of the developing the young workforce (DYW) programme. The exemplar relates directly to the newly released DYW profiling guidance​ and associated learning resource.

The resource supports professional reflections on profiling in the context of DYW and the skills development of learners across education.

​How to use this resource

Teachers and practitioners may use these video clips to reflect upon, plan and implement meaningful conversations with learners about the development of their skills as well as academic progress and work-based learning experiences. This will then allow learners to profile their progress in order to plan, articulate and progress their career aspirations and future pathways.
