Community Learning and Development Managers Scotland (CLDMS) is the independent professional body for leaders and managers in Community Learning and Development. CLDMS represents the lead bodies for the development and implementation of CLD Regulations. The CLDMS Executive works on behalf of the sector to inform and influence policy and practice in Scotland.
