Skills Development Scotland and the National Parent Forum of Scotland are holding a session for parents and carers on Foundation Apprenticeships.

This session will give parents the opportunity to find out more about Foundation Apprenticeships including who they are for, how they work and their benefits. During this one hour session presenters will:

• talk through the value and equivalency of the qualification in terms of SCQF levels and UCAS points
• share pupil journeys and how Foundation Apprenticeships helped them progress to a job, Modern or Graduate Apprenticeship, further or higher education.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at the end.
