Published 06/01/2021.  Last updated 29/02/2024

The Resilience and Wellbeing Webinar Series for Educators supports participants to uncover their own inbuilt capacity for mental health and wellbeing thus enhancing their capacity and potential to deal more effectively with personal and professional challenges and be more impactful in their role.

This iheart (innate health education and resilience training) programme:

  • explores mental wellness rather than mental illness
  • examines the source of all mental health rather than focusing on the symptoms of mental ill heath
  • educates participants about the natural tendency for wellbeing and resilience in all human beings.

This series of webinars critically examines the logic of how the mind works and how we are designed to be resilient. Participants learn about their innate psychological immune system thus empowering and transforming their own lives including the lives of the children, young people and colleagues they work with.

Participants learn how to effectively manage feelings of stress, worry, anxiety, work/life balance and workload.

The programme introduces participants how to handle difficult situations and relationships with more perspective and ease and, as a result, naturally experience higher levels of motivation and commitment.

Gaining an in-depth understanding of how the psychological system works leads to more peace of mind and clarity at work and home.

This is an experiential foundation course in the iheart approach to resilience and wellbeing supporting all those who work with children, young people and families. It is suitable for anyone wanting to learn how to effectively look after their own mental health and wellbeing and the mental health and wellbeing of others.

12 hours of live online learning delivered via a webinar platform (eg Teams, Google, Zoom)) over 8 x 1.5 hours. The programme is available over 4 weeks (2 sessions per week) or over 8 weeks (1 session per week) with flexibility around daytime, twilight or evening delivery.
