Digital approaches are used every day by children, young people, adults and communities.

A number of digital methods have been used by practitioners to deliver engaging learning opportunities and to work in more efficient ways. By using specific digital tools or mechanisms, meaningful impacts have be achieved for learners while also making practitioners lives easier.

Our aim is to recognise these developments and present them in a way for practitioners to enhance the work they do via digital means.

Resources

The Improving Digital Practice within Community Learning and Development (CLD) framework (PDF) provides information on effective digital practice within CLD. We have consulted practitioners around Scotland in the creation of this framework. It highlights how digital practice can improve in Community Learning and Development (CLD).

A self-evaluation template (Word document) is available to support discussion on improvement.
