Middle leaders

Aspiring to Middle Leadership (AML)

Aspiring to Middle Leadership is for those interested in a middle leadership role. It is open to teachers and middle leaders. The programme runs from November 2023 to May 2024. Applications for this year are now closed.

Middle Leaders Leading Change (MLLC)

Middle Leaders Leading Change supports middle leaders through learning and change in their settings. The programme runs from September 2023 to March 2024. Applications for this year are now closed.

Teachers and practitioners

Educator Leadership Programme offers practitioner enquiry for teachers, ELC and CLD practitioners. The programme runs from September 2023 to March 2024. Applications for this year are now closed.

Building Racial Literacy (BRL)

Building Racial Literacy is helping to make anti-racism a baseline value in education. The programme runs from November 2023 to March 2024. Applications for this year are now closed.

School and system leaders

Into headship

Into headship is the national programme for aspiring school leaders. The programme runs from May 2023 to January 2024. Applications for 2024 to 2025 open in February.

In headship

In headship offers postgraduate learning for new headteachers. The programme runs from August 2023 to May 2024. Applications for this year are now closed.

Excellence in headship

Excellence in headship offers professional learning and networking for headteachers. The programme runs from September 2023 to March 2024. Applications for this year are now closed.

Leading CLD

Leading CLD is the leadership offer for local authority leads. The programme runs from January 2024 to May 2024 . Applications for this year are now open.

Connected and collaborative systems

This is a new programme for leaders across the education system, more information on this is coming soon.
